Browsing the site does not require an account and we do not ask you to provide personal details to read any page. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to submit:

• Contact form: if you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and the message you write. We use these only to read and reply to your message.

How your message is processed

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form-processing service that forwards the message by email. Your message is used to respond to your enquiry and is not used for advertising or sold to anyone.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the pages — for example which pages are popular, rough location (country/region), and device type. This is collected in aggregate to improve the site. Google Analytics may set cookies and process usage data on Google’s infrastructure; see Google’s own policies for how they handle that data. We do not use it to identify you personally or to sell your data.

Cookies & advertising

Beyond the analytics cookies above, this site keeps cookies to a minimum. Where advertising is shown, ad partners may set cookies to measure and serve ads. We do not build our own advertising profile of you. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Server & security logs

Like most websites, the hosting and content-delivery layer may record standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for a short period to keep the service secure, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. This information is not used to identify you personally.

Live status signals

The status indicators shown on the site are generated by reading the public status feeds published by each provider. This happens on our servers, not in your browser, and it does not involve any of your personal data.

Data retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up. Technical logs are retained for a limited period and then discarded.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete a message you have sent, or ask what we hold about you, by getting in touch through the contact form. Because we collect so little, there is usually very little to remove.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
